To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日冇帶飯, 都唔知食乜好,仲要係銅鑼灣區, 而家物價高漲 😔好在附近有一間南記粉麵, 呢間食過好多次 ， 平靚正。 最鍾意佢個春卷, 每次都選擇佢個酸辣湯底, 酸酸辣辣好開胃🥰. 不過今日就清清地 食佢呢個招牌春捲河粉 ,河粉份量十足 春卷依舊好味， 湯底偏淡， 原來 一條芽菜都冇😖 ( 酸辣湯底會有芽菜墊底) 好在我加咗一碟生菜 五蚊,好抵👍 不過33蚊 跟飲品， 呢個價錢完全冇投訴😋( 以前仲抵29蚊)🤣 下午茶:招牌河套餐 $33生菜 +$5 外賣+$1

夜晚自己一個人食，所以去咗南記， 去到 一定要食佢個辣豬肉同埋招牌春卷， 如果係下午茶就一定叫招牌河， 所以當晚叫咗個b餐 (招牌滋選小鍋套餐) 裏面有 辣豬肉， 招牌春卷，魚片，冬菇和米線， 想健康啲所以叫咗蕃茄湯底， 再加咗碟腩汁生菜， 再加埋杯凍奶茶。 首先辣豬肉口感好正， 豬肉爽口，再加少少辣味 招牌春捲 冇腥味， 魚肉夠彈， 而且每條質量一樣， 相信有好多人 食兩條都唔夠要再另外加， 而蕃茄湯 一定要加佢個辣椒醬再加辣椒油，比例一比一，增加風味， 最後食埋冬菇同埋炸魚片， 健康啲食多個生菜， 因為都係加五蚊 ， 又大碟， 如果覺得太辣嘅可以飲凍奶茶 解辣， 非常滿足， 飽肚我畀五星星佢

南記既春捲好食就唔駛講啦，但係佢既牛魔王都好正！雖然牛腩會有d硬，但係佢既分量真係多到飽到嘔。雖然價錢黎講又唔係最平，但係佢既量又真係對得住個價錢，更何況佢既價錢都唔係真係好貴！ 佢個春捲shake（海苔）都好正，外皮脆，炸得好好！

上次試完芫荽，今次又有驚喜去南記就可以感受到避風塘嘅風味😋 佢哋推出咗期間限定「艇仔粉」套餐，湯底值得一讃，，每一啖都保留著大地魚的鮮甜味道，要飲佢個湯底。最啱我呢啲濃味friend。配料分量十足，有具港式風味的紅腸、脆炸香口的銀魚仔及新鮮生菜再搭配皇牌爽爽豬肉、招牌春卷，再加上我最鍾意嘅shake脆炸魚皮。食一碗熄晒滿足晒所有願望。再配埋個芒果冷泡鐵觀音，淡淡茶香絕配去感受下懷舊風味都唔錯
