喺香港仔中心新開咗一間日本居酒屋「鮨匠」。入面環境明亮,座位寬敞,坐得好舒服。而且仲有提供沙律菜自行夾取。麵豉湯:湯嘅味道剛好,唔會太咸,而入面仲有蜆,為湯多添一份鮮味。芝麻雞翼:雞翼炸得好香脆,入面仲有滿滿嘅肉汁,雞肉保持嫩滑,而外皮灑上芝麻,令雞翼有陣陣芝麻嘅香味。咖喱吉列豬扒定食:豬扒嘅炸衣夠薄夠脆,而豬扒仍然保留大量嘅肉汁。勁juicy,蘸埋佢呢個秘製嘅日式咖喱汁,夠哂惹味,配埋白飯就一流。蒲燒鰻魚飯:鰻魚用咗蒲燒方法處理,加咗特製嘅蒲燒汁,香甜無比,可以帶出鰻魚嘅鮮甜味。雜錦刺身:呢個刺身有好多款不同嘅魚,有三文魚、北寄貝、帆立貝、希靈魚等,款款都好新鮮,尤其係帆立貝,肉質細嫩,鮮甜無比,令人一食上癮。
