To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Lunch hr 覓食，在openrice 看到這間評語不錯，於是一心來試試。老實說這間餐廳一點都不起眼，平時經過時也沒有發覺，今天才知道有這樣的一間上海菜館。大概一時到達剛好有2個座位，店鋪不大，lunch hr 坐得較迫是無可避免的。店鋪主要做附近街坊和打工仔生意，阿姨們都很親切。午餐十分經濟實惠，有飯，湯面，炒面等選擇，價格由四十多元起。不太喜歡吃飯的兔小姐點了雲吞湯面，湯底可選擇豬骨湯，擔擔湯，麻辣湯或酸辣湯（酸辣湯+$2），喜歡吃辣的兔小姐點了麻辣湯，午餐送豆漿，可選冷/熱豆漿。雲吞有4大隻，皮有點厚但餡料不錯，吃下去有肉汁不會乾爭爭。麻辣湯真的很麻，但不會太辣，兔小姐吃很過癮，面有點太淋（或者是偏好問題，兔小姐喜歡較硬身的面），炸菜為整碗面生色不少。雖然味道未致於十分出色，但是小店的用心客人是可以感受到的，加上在單據上看到店家對香港的心意，我還是會多多來支持的。小店加油，香港人加油！
