To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

車仔麵完全可以代表到香港🇭🇰呢間隱世車仔麵主要做街坊生意，今日誤打誤撞黎到石硤尾，發現呢間車仔麵超級抵食一碗6餸麵都唔駛$50不過6個餸對我黎講實在太多了所以我要左4個餸咋！「甜酸齋+陳皮魚蛋+滷水腩肉+生菜」配左銀針粉，而家有銀針粉食既店舖少之有少！甜酸齋既顏色好橙紅色，但就無咩酸甜味，有啲失色！而且口感亦硬左啲！不過陳皮魚蛋&滷水腩肉超好食腩肉滷得好入味，而且肉質一啲都唔韌，極力推介陳皮魚蛋當然要有陳皮香先至屬高質，而呢度既陳皮魚蛋真係好香陳皮味再加埋秘製辣汁簡直無敵白雲豬手係好考功夫的，呢度整得好好食酸甜爽口又彈牙講完啲餸，當然都要講返湯底！湯底係好濃既滷水汁，再加埋特辣麻辣醬，超級惹味
