To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 如果你係搵緊一間高級日本餐廳 呢間係首選首先要講下個環境 鮨文係位於元朗既 搭輕鐵去大棠路會更加近 大概行7-8分鐘就到啦雖然餐廳面積好細 但係咁樣就有一種日本小公司經營既感覺 一入去已經覺得好有日本風味 環境好寧靜 裝潢很簡潔食物方面MENU第一頁係set 我簡左「正」 份量適中食物方面一開始點左兩樣前菜前菜用左d好濃既日本醋 好開胃主菜方面全部嘅刺身壽司都係用頂級嘅材料來做 賣相亦都好精美 呢間餐廳嘅菜式同刺身亦非一般 香港嘅日本餐廳好難搵到 最印象深刻係鱈魚既精子 未食之前覺得個味道會有啲奇怪 但係比想像中好食 佢個口感有啲似海膽但係又冇海膽個陣腥味 再加上精子下面有d醋 食完之後好開胃😚 感覺都幾特別 另外 覺得最好味嘅係拖羅刺身 入口即溶 同埋呢到所有刺身嘅厚度都啱啱好 唔會太厚 亦都唔會太薄!最後食到7-8成飽 再有魚湯同生果中和返成個餐飯好完美!
