是夜辣局眾人拋下辣的包袱一同進往香港大學校友會食餐勁嘅多謝院長悉心安排給我們頂訂食物先來菜乾杏汁白肺湯$260我其實不太喜歡杏汁但車爸爸話不太重杏仁味叫我試飲又OK喎豬肺就送給車爸爸吧!!鳳尾蝦多士$180這多士做得好蝦肉爽口鮮味足多士不油膩~古法鹽焗雞$430須預訂鹽焗雞帶著煙燻味雞肉較散冇預期般好吃賣價也偏高~ 八寶蓮子鴨$360鴨肉好鬆化內裡蓮子也好吃但頗頂肚我只吃了一小件~ 蘿蔔牛腩煲$150我不吃牛肉但蘿蔔就愛C了炆得入很味攪到我連吃兩件呢~菠蘿咕嚕肉$220這兒是兩份價錢汁料剛好上檯時還脆的肉質淋得來有彈性水準已很不錯喇~ 鮮荷葉飯$110(細)份量頗足飯粒尚算清爽但可以做得更好~ 上湯西蘭花$80這菜有點怪味應該高湯出咗問題 薑汁炒芥蘭$80這個好味芥蘭已做晒除老功夫食落爽嫩薑汁味也很出 生磨合桃露$120/窩端上檯時香氣撲鼻很有好感但吃下竟有油益味白白將它糟蹋~紅綠豆沙,杏仁露各$38/碗我愛那充滿臭草味的綠豆沙料多又好味
