先嚟個米紙卷做前菜,賣相吸睛,一客六件
透明嘅米紙包住生菜、紅蘿蔔絲、青瓜絲、薄荷葉、芫荽、半隻蝦,面頭灑上炸蒜
個人覺得薄荷葉同芫荽味太重,反而食唔到蝦味
本身蝦份量又唔多,主要係紅蘿蔔多,味道上較「生」🌿
米紙質感未算煙靭,易鬆散
旁邊嘅醬料係泰式甜辣醬,如果係魚露可能會更夾

因為炒出嚟特別有鑊氣🔥蒜蓉味道香濃,椒絲帶微辣
通菜框咬落清脆新鮮,葉就索晒汁夠入味

▶️ 糯米飯 Sticky rice ($35)
例牌放起竹筒仔入面,好得意
糯米飯冇用椰漿調味,所以要餸肉食
可惜呢個糯米飯偏硬同乾身🤥冇糯米飯應有嘅黏度,唔知係咪浸得唔夠耐嘅緣故🍚
好在個人OK硬飯,溝少少醬汁食都可以
因為竹筒有深度,估計有一碗飯多啲,食完幾飽肚

食物方面味道算幾正宗,惹味得來唔會太鹹太重味
內在環境真係唔錯,感覺好chill,難怪吸引唔少外國食客🥂
服務OK,侍應有禮貌,只係繁忙時候唔夠人手可能會上漏嘢,但亦會主動加水同收走食完嘅碟
我哋傾偈坐到差唔多最後一台客走,佢哋都冇催我哋
性價比可以,大概$200/人
如果夜晚想同朋友/同事搵間輕鬆有格調嘅餐廳飲吓嘢,可以試試呢間,位置安靜得來入面有氣氛🌌
