行開荔枝角,聽朋友講尼度有間極老牌嘅潮州菜館,超近地鐵站,就哩試一試。原本預咗老鋪應該又舊又殘,點知哩到見到又幾新淨窩,部長話舊年餐廳先大裝修,就遇到疫情喇😥~ 限聚令之下食客唔多,職員反而多咗時間同我地交流,態度好好~至於嘢食,本身係想試多幾款嘅,但由於我地得四個人,個湯嘅份量都幾多,所以最後加埋甜品先叫得個四五款餸~ 個冬瓜湯嘅味道濃淡得儀,湯料十足,份量都幾多,四個人最後每人分到成三碗!然後係個鹵水併盤係例牌要試,唔會太鹹又有鹵水香;苦瓜烙係出奇好食,因為怕熱氣部長提議用苦瓜煎,但我自己超怕苦,碟菜哩到果然如部長所講一啲都唔苦,而且尼度嘅瓜烙仲加咗花生粒,係其他潮州菜館未試過!最後係鱈魚,因為有朋友怕腥所以無叫到蒸魚,尼款原來都好好食, 份量唔多, 但魚肉好嫩!

個冬瓜湯嘅味道濃淡得儀,湯料十足,份量都幾多,四個人最後每人分到成三碗!

然後係個鹵水併盤係例牌要試,唔會太鹹又有鹵水香;

苦瓜烙係出奇好食,因為怕熱氣部長提議用苦瓜煎,但我自己超怕苦,碟菜哩到果然如部長所講一啲都唔苦,而且尼度嘅瓜烙仲加咗花生粒,係其他潮州菜館未試過!

最後係鱈魚,因為有朋友怕腥所以無叫到蒸魚,尼款原來都好好食, 份量唔多, 但魚肉好嫩!
