屋企人話未試過食壽喜燒，而佢哋又比較鐘意食放題，喺openrice搵咗一排，發覺好似得牛陣はなれGyujin Hanare Platinum Label有比較高質牛肉嘅壽喜燒任食冇限時間，所以就去book 位試試。店內環境舒適，十一月主打係仙台牛，想屋企人食好d，所以都叫咗最貴嘅choice比佢哋試😚牛牛嚟到，店員會耐心介紹牛嘅品種、食壽喜燒嘅建議方法。喺個鍋度加d洋蔥、油脂、自家壽喜燒汁，然後就放一塊仙台牛入去，見到開始變色，就將佢放入日本生蛋之中…啟動!!!😛 有牛脂嘅牛特別香嫩，如果每個人平均食返3-4碟，又不停叫sapporo beer/ sake，其實已經值回票價，不過因為壽喜燒個汁係自家製，所以糖度冇得調校，食多幾轉其實會好”膩”😆下次想吓試松本牛、飛驒牛🥹
