有個朋友係日本達人,唔單止熟悉日本,佢仲知道香港邊度有好味日本餐,今日我就跟左佢黎食omakase,即係廚師發板黎呢度食飯,要預先book定位,我哋六點半左右嚟到,有幸可以坐到吧枱,一路食,一路望住師傅預備食物俾我地先食前菜三款,分別係高野豆腐,櫻花蝦菠菜同埋螢光魷魚🦑,豆腐最有驚喜,入面充滿着濃湯嘅鮮甜, 凍食一流然後師傅會問你有冇食物敏感或者唔鍾意食嘅嘢,問清楚先再安排之後嘅嘢食,十分貼心。首先係食刺身,第一款係水八爪魚🐙,呢個刺身十分爽滑,充滿鮮甜味,再食埋個吸盤,爽脆,有驚喜然後就到深海池魚,一片係魚嘅背部,一片係魚嘅腩部,腩部脂肪較多,味道較濃郁,所以師傅會建議你先食背部果塊第三樣刺身係響螺,就咁聽個名好似好普通咁,食落就知與眾不同,佢個醬汁係用響螺個肝磨成,味道好似食膏咁,令人回味最後一道刺身就係蝦啦,成隻蝦所有部位都幾乎食晒咁滯,蝦身拎來做刺身,連蝦籽都食得,蝦頭清左啲內臟後,就會拎去炸,脆卜卜好好味食完之後就到壽司了,壽司即做即食,食完一件先整一件,節奏剛剛好,真鯛、金目鯛、油漬吞拿魚、熊本花竹蝦同埋用蜆做嘅壽司,各有特色,金目鯛上枱前會用火槍燒一燒,迫啲魚油出嚟,食落

食完之後就到壽司了,壽司即做即食,食完一件先整一件,節奏剛剛好,真鯛、金目鯛、油漬吞拿魚、熊本花竹蝦同埋用蜆做嘅壽司,各有特色,金目鯛上枱前會用火槍燒一燒,迫啲魚油出嚟,食落特別香,而花竹蝦壽司絕對值得介紹,因為蝦上面,金光閃閃嘅粉,原來係有洪乾咗嘅蝦腳磨成粉,好得意

全餐omakase都可以望住師傅為我地預備食物,間唔中同師傅閒聊一、兩句,實在輕鬆寫意,唔經唔覺食左差不多三小時,暢快啊
