象拔蚌切成薄片狀,配上魚子醬及韓式辣醬,由於刺身雪得夠凍,所以質感爽口,鮮味十足,而且沒有腥味。

總括而言,這個fine dining體驗是特別的,畢竟是香港少有的韓式fine dining,而且廚師把韓國食材發揮得淋漓盡致,精緻又美味,所以值得一試。
