To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

落車時因落大雨，兩口子不想走太遠吃，於是便於這街道隨便找一間但求填肚，店舖沒有亮麗的裝潢而且並不吸引，店內整潔，餐牌簡單，有小炒、有粥麵、似夜宵店。由於是平民店，侍應都談不上服務，有人點菜和收拾吧了，不能要求有好態度。我們點了一個海鮮粥和豬肚粥再加一隻糉，每樣都有足夠份量而且味美，實在驚喜的是海鮮粥，賣相吸引，裏面細心地加了炒香了的豬肉碎，海鮮包括蝦、蟹、蜆、小勝子，粥味鮮甜，海鮮當然稱不上好新鮮，但這個價錢跟賣相都值得再光顧。

我們點了一個海鮮粥和豬肚粥再加一隻糉，每樣都有足夠份量而且味美，實在驚喜的是海鮮粥，賣相吸引，裏面細心地加了炒香了的豬肉碎，海鮮包括蝦、蟹、蜆、小勝子，粥味鮮甜，海鮮當然稱不上好新鮮，但這個價錢跟賣相都值得再光顧。
