To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這晚我們在尖沙咀逛街後不知道吃什麼,記得上次吃過一間烤魚雞煲專門店,覺得不錯~😋🥰所以是晚又來到小魚兒吃烤魚,這次點了凌波魚($378),加了蟹籽蟹粉丸($78),還有小食蒜香牛油🧈燒扇貝🤤,飲品點了我喜歡的爆珠飲品草莓乳酸爆珠梳打🍓~這裡的烤魚好大盤好大條,喜歡吃魚的朋友要來這裡試試看喔~🥳這次吃的凌波魚真的比上次吃的海鱸魚較嫩滑,啖啖肉、沒什麼細骨,配搭不辣的黃金特濃蒜香🧄豆花口味,感覺很鮮,豆花也很滑,很適🈴我們吃呢~😛雖然多貴了$70,我覺得也值得呢!🤗小食方面,本身想點蒜蓉牛油燒澳州龍蝦🦞,不過可惜這日碰巧缺貨,無緣品嘗~我們點了蒜香牛油🧈燒扇貝,滿滿的牛油蒜蓉蓋着扇貝,十分惹味!😝Info店名:小魚兒地址: 尖沙咀金馬倫道16號金馬大廈1樓
