To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

八月中，週日，約下午六時多，本想在海港城露台的餐廳酒吧HAPPY HOUR，但又熱又無位，太陽亦未下山，提議去太平洋酒店。去到剛剛好６時半，天色晴朗，藍色天空，一柳煙雲劃過長空，一彎明月乍現，左邊國際金融中心，右邊環球金融中心及凱旋門，坐在露天酒吧，慢慢喝着冰凍黑色Guinness啤酒，看著鐮刀明月及北斗星隨着天色變黑後越見光亮，看著天空從光亮變藍再變黑，月亮從高處慢慢向下，星星從無到滿天繁星，感受吹來陣陣涼風的快意，可等美妙，滿心開懷舒暢，詩意大發。露台酒吧喝啖酒，坐看北斗彎月亮。
