To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放工約左朋友食飯。見天氣凍凍地，去左打邊爐。2個人一個爐，加即食面同嚮鈴，夠我地食~^_^ 。果日嘅爐好孟火，夾食物要小心火舌。火靚，食物淥得好快，正~個場雖然吾多食客，約6成，但冷氣好足，幾舒服。中途侍應過黎收枱號牌、上手的碟。大快活位於屋苑附近，吾係大商場，人吾會太多。幾享受咁平民、簡單嘅打邊爐，好有香港味道。而且大快活嘅橙色，好有活力~連鎖快餐嘅打邊爐食物，大同小異，但可以舒舒服服食一餐，就難揾到。食過吾少次大快活、大家樂、吉野家，都係大快活最有港式味道~(吉野家D位好逼)
