To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日難得一家人收早我就想試一啲特別嘅食物,諗起中環有一間百年老寺號嘅上海老飯店食上海菜嘅好好彩嗰日係平日唔使點等位就有得入去食一坐低我哋帶咗啲錢財,有醉雞,雞絲粉皮,我仲有海蜇,之後主菜我哋就整咗糖醋魚上海特色炒飯,一個老火湯,蔡螃蟹,砂鍋鹹肉菜心,小籠包八隻,我個人最鍾意就係個蔡螃蟹,因為份量好多足夠三個人食,而小籠包蒸得啱啱好味道好出色口感亦都唔錯,如果老火湯亦都好足料有煙肉,有菜有鹹蛋,如果炒飯亦都好有鑊氣好適合一家四口去食,而前菜方面醉雞都好夠酒味,雞絲粉皮雞嘅份量都好多而佢哋嘅服務質素都好好會為你講解每一道菜嘅名稱,下次一定會再同朋友去。
