2️⃣日本產特撰黑毛和牛(A5) $689/ 1人
首先嗌左一個A5和牛set先, A5和牛嘅油脂分布大概係七成脂肪同三成肉😌店員會用牛脂肪預熱個爐先再加壽喜燒汁逐塊逐塊煮, 食嘅時候可以加蛋汁一齊食無咁漏🤫 A5和牛真係有入口即溶嘅感覺, 油脂味一直係口腔徘徊, 不過牛味會偏少, 覺得漏可以加幾滴青檸汁或者飲啖茶, 我就完全可以接受到, 配飯食簡直一流!!

3️⃣ 日本產黑毛和牛(A4) $619/ 1人
另外再叫左一個A4和牛試吓, A4和牛嘅油脂分布係一半一半, 如果唔想食得太肥膩就可以揀呢個😋 A4和牛同樣都會有入口即溶嘅感覺, 比起A5佢嘅牛味會再出啲同濃啲, 同時又可以保持到油脂味, 我個人就中意A4多啲👍🏻

4️⃣ 野菜鍋加烏冬
最後侍應會煮野菜鍋, 加人昆布湯同壽喜燒汁一齊滾, 等5至10分鐘左右就會加埋淨低嘅兩片和牛, 變成有ShabuShabu嘅食法. 所以一次過就可以試曬兩種食法🤣 個人覺得野菜鍋嘅湯唔夠濃, 啲菜都未夠好入味, 吸收唔到壽喜燒汁個精華, 略嫌有啲普通啦😩

5️⃣ 白玉紅豆綠茶蕨餅
食到最後已經飽到上心口, 但一定有個甜品胃繼續食😂 甜品就不過不失, 白玉好煙韌彈牙配紅豆食甜度剛好, 蕨餅嘅抹茶味都頗濃郁, 係一個唔錯嘅結尾🤣👍🏻

整體來講環境舒服, 服務一流, 食物都有水準, 性價比都算高!! 不過想食就記得一定要訂位, 我早咗大概一個月訂, 見到當晚都係滿座架😩
如果要我做排名, 第一名我會揀中環嘅Sukiyaki Mori, 第二名係灣仔嘅Sukiyakiya, 第三名係尖沙咀日山👹
