係日本🇯🇵食過正宗的,係香港🇭🇰都不敢亂試,借朋友生日之名,就嚐嚐香港之別點了兩個日本產黑毛和牛Set,先上場是3款前菜,就是用來填填肚,不怎麼用來開胃1. 橄欖 2. 和牛粒 3. 蒸蛋再來一客刺身拼盤,帶子、拖羅、油甘魚腩🐟,正常發揮,每一款刺身都非常厚身,但新鮮度不足,食落鮮味不足蒸蛋暖暖胃,淡淡的,滑溜溜,為下一道菜打底終於!終於!上主菜 ✨黑毛和牛✨,店員全程會幫手燒,和牛一片非常大和厚身,燒汁比較咸,必須沾蛋汁才能中和,一大片已經可以食到兩碗白飯,一人兩片,套餐還包含烏冬,同樣地,燒汁是比較咸最後甜點來個甜甜的哈密瓜配杏仁豆腐,已經滿足了口腹之欲,整體食物質素與日本真的不能相比,還是留錢飛一轉🤭 continue reading

神戶牛套餐($1299)和A5牛套餐($729)各點了一份,兩者都非常美味😋😋個人比較偏愛神戶牛,因為它的油脂較少,牛味更重,入口即化的口感。相對地,A5牛較為肥美,一塊肉相當於兩塊神戶牛的份量。如果必須在兩者中做選擇,絕對要選擇神戶牛!前菜神戶口set v.s. A5牛set 神戶口多一份魚同鮑魚配菜烏冬好好味,另外可以加白飯神戶牛set (左) v.s. A5牛set (右)唯一有點可惜的是,我星期五下班時間是晚上7點半,而最後點餐時間是8點,感覺有點趕。配菜還沒吃完就上甜點了,或許假日去會比較合適。 continue reading

PickyEater has not had sukiyaki for ages so we decided to check this out together.First impression was good: nice clean blue decor resembling the ocean with friendly servers. Various sets to choose from: decided to share a 4-piece Kobe striploin set ($1,299 pp) and a 3-piece Japanese Wagyu Lean Part set ($579 pp- right at the other end of the scale).Here’s what we had.Appetisers: small dishes of tomato, octopus, Uni on tofu, 飛魚籽, beef tartare, 木魚絲, caviar on scallops etc.Add on: jumbo-sized令和の怪物 oyster from 岩手縣. Loved its smooth creamy texture and fleshy sweetness.Server then came to prepare our beef feast, first by oiling the pan with the wagyu fat.Kobe beef first: we requested it be done medium-well given the fat content. Dipped in egg (新紀元卵 used). Gotta say, the Japanese Wagyu Lean pieces really paled in comparison in texture and taste. Vegetables next. Didn’t really like the Pencil mushrooms and zucchinis but loved the mochi wrapped in beancurd bags.Udon. Too full. Requested only one portion to be shared. Dessert: tofu IceCream and matcha warabi mochi.In summary: delightful meal coupled with excellent service. Taste of the sauce was just right- not too sweet. continue reading

啱啱去咗間壽喜燒店嚟返個味蕾度假,真係咁涼快!店內嘅氣氛放鬆,坐低咁啱可以朝住厨房,見到師傅現場表演煮嘢食,真係一場視覺同味覺嘅雙重享受。 頭盤先來個清新嘅小菜,有那個沙律,青瓜同紅蘿蔔清脆爽口,真係開胃正!而家講返重頭戲,壽喜燒先到!選咗個關西風嘅,個汁香甜中帶少少鹹香,串起普通嘅牛肉同蔬菜,勁過電!牛肉質感一流,濃郁牛味親吻埋舌尖,淋上啲秘製醬汁,每啖都滋味十足,真係食得出心機。野菜方面,白菜同金菇吸曬壽喜燒嘅精髓,變身咗健康之選!湯頭鮮甜得嚟唔油膩,呀~夏天嚟嘅減肥大計似乎可以延後先。煮完嘅烏冬滑溜溜,湯汁入味,味道層次分明。總結呢次品嘗之旅,真係正中下怀!下次再有朋友聚舊,一定會再拎佢哋嚟試下,交流下飲食嘅樂趣🍲🍢🌿。 continue reading

因為閒日收工食飯,最快都要約7點半食,全程都好似好趕咁,店員勁快幫我地煮菜、煮麵到收走D碗碟。食物質素唔錯,店員態度亦係有禮貌,只係就成餐飯偏趕。🔥特選神戶牛套餐 $1299★★★★☆呢個套餐會有6款前菜,比其餘套餐多2款。前菜由淡味開始食到最後最濃郁嘅。有醃茄子、松露甜蝦、磯煮鮑魚、三文魚子豆腐、帶子裙邊,最有印象嘅一定係黑毛和牛他他,有啲果仁碎係面,加埋隻鵪鶉蛋撈勻佢食,爽滑得黎完全唔會冇筋位,啖啖肉好正!今次個主角當然係招牌極上級兵庫縣產特選神戶牛西冷壽喜燒套餐,精選左日本三大銘柄牛之一嘅神戶牛,有4大片,呢隻牛出哂名極嫩滑,和牛香氣濃郁。一上枱已經見到超靚大理石紋理油花,同另外一款牛一比較就有傷害,色澤油花都差一截。呢到會有專人幫手燒,亦會問客人有冇特定想嘅熟度。佢地先用和牛油脂塊煎香鍋面,再將塊和牛以用中火香煎,兩面都有焦糖色,再落壽喜燒醬汁。但當日有唔同店員燒都有唔同做法,有啲先落醬汁,有啲先落牛,有啲就係咁翻面,完全唔統一做法,稍為唔專業感覺。一塊牛西冷好大一塊,都分左幾啖食,第一啖先原汁原味,塊牛好嫩滑,近乎入口即融。完全唔會有纖維感,個和牛甜味同油脂感好突出,食得出有牛味。之後就再沾埋生蛋液食,食得到濃郁牛肉原味之餘有陣陣蛋香,仲要再令到塊牛更加順滑。當食到第二塊嘅時候就可以落啲其他調味料,好似青檸、山椒、黑七味等等,鹹、酸、辣有齊哂,馬上解膩!🔥日本產黑毛和牛西冷套餐 $659★★★★☆日本產嘅黑毛和牛西冷套餐有三大塊,同神戶牛比較,色澤偏深紅色,油花都冇咁細膩平均。食落較為有咬口,冇咁嫩滑,牛味明顯冇咁濃,亦同樣油脂冇咁清甜,偏向奶味重啲,比較容易膩。但價錢平一半黎講都好抵食,唔會話唔好食。食到一半都可以叫店員煮下菜,解下膩先。野菜盛合種類都多,有京葱、白菜、南瓜、蘿蔔、洋葱等,蔬菜已煮得好入味,鮮甜爽脆,食完會比較清爽,之後再食牛都冇咁漏。食牛個陣仲可以配日本米飯。最後有埋讚岐烏冬,將個蛋汁加埋落去撈黎食一流。是日甜品就係抹茶缺餅。🌟總括:滿足嘅一餐,牛肉質素靚,真係點煮都好味。前菜好別緻有心機,蔬菜、烏冬、甜品就正常發揮啦。如果食都要早啲去,咁樣成餐飯會冇咁趕。 continue reading
