To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

豚王稱得上係香港拉麵熱潮既發源點, 當年未興打卡但都會成日被提及既拉麵店, 日日大排長龍但原來當年已經10幾年前了今時今日既豚王唔再剩係一間小店而有6個分店!經歷左一蘭, 周月同別天神等等好多後起之秀但都依然站穩住腳可以見到豚王既實力相當唔簡單啊!拉麵按湯底分價錢, 豚、黑、赤、翠、海鹽、辛海老拉麵各有唔同既濃度, 店員考慮到今日天氣熱介紹左我地食比較無咁膩既豚王我就按自己喜好揀左辛海老豚王配既係幼麵同肩肉每碗拉麵已跟叉燒同木耳絲肩肉係無咁多脂肪既位置幼麵麵條更加容易掛湯湯底係日日新鮮煮10多個小時既豚骨湯, 濃厚而不膩辛海老拉麵配既係太麵同腩肉太麵係扁平,有嚼勁d腩肉肥美而且入口超嫩滑辛海老湯底唔算好辣,大概10小辣到湯底需要濃但唔會太鹹仲加左一隻玉子, 蛋黃仲係半熟流心狀入口非常綿滑飲品方便就試左佢地自家出品既金之麥茶麥茶消暑解渴,甘甜清爽. 最適合夏天飲
