To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

英國人氣餐廳Burger & Lobster 之前登陸Ritz-croton 118樓的Ozone Bar , 開頭太難book，隔咗幾個月終於搵到時間去試！去到太多嘢想試於是叫咗份 COMBO-THE SHARING , 已經有原隻龍蝦🦞開邊、一個burger 、一個roll , 同埋兩份side dish 原隻龍蝦唔係好大隻，但都幾新鮮，用叉已經好易起晒D肉，龍蝦肉爽彈帶少少juicy 👍🏽 roll 梗係揀Lobster roll🤭 外面麵包軟熟，中間啖啖龍蝦肉，加埋啲蛋黃醬真係不得了😋 Burger由於我唔食牛肉，朋友揀咗CRISPY CHICKEN BURGER, 等我都可以試到少少，不過尼個雞burger就一般般，如果食牛嘅建議可以試返牛肉漢堡應該比較好 😅 另外side 必叫TRUFFLE FRIES ，好香口，配啤酒一齊食好爽😁 反而見好多人推介嘅SAUTEED MUSHROOM 我自己覺得一般，可能已經食到太飽，覺得尼道side太滯整體嚟講，人均$600 ，可以喺香港最高地方食到呢個質素，絕對超值👍🏽，食飽可以再出戶外酒吧再飲兩杯 😏
