好友外遊回港,說給我買了一些手信,提議去我屋企附近交收。既然友人咁有我心,不如就相約一起來天后食「好西」,順便坐低傾下偈。出咗天后站,沿著電氣道直行,路經 「Texas Burger」,友人突然被餐廳門口這個巨型漢堡相片吸引著,說很想一試。真識貨,「Texas Burger」獲得 LifeStyleAsia 評選為香港最佳十大漢堡,美味自然不在話下。既然友人想吃,就一於不作他想。其實呢間漢堡包店,筆者之前都幫襯過,無嚟一排,裝修好明顯與上次到訪時唔同咗,比之前開揚舒服,牆身亦多咗好多掛飾,加上可能係日頭嘅關係,感覺更加光猛闊落。打開餐牌,食物選項都幾豐富,除咗主打嘅漢堡之外,仲有小食、一系列墨西哥風味小吃,如粟米脆片、墨西哥芝士煎餅、墨西哥芝士夾餅、玉米薄脆等,另外亦有 BBQ Baby Ribs、意大利麵、意大利飯、幾款甜品、軟雪糕奶昔同飲品等。友人同我一樣都鍾意食香口嘢,所以率先揀咗客黑松露薯條 ($58),薯條烤得夠曬香脆,薯肉飽滿,而且非常厚身,食落一點也不油膩,唯一就係稍嫌松露香味唔夠濃,但熱度滿分,配千島醬吃,感覺亦唔錯。漢堡包方面,本來我想試下近排好多人推介嘅「未來素食牛

漢堡包方面,本來我想試下近排好多人推介嘅「未來素食牛肉漢堡」,可惜店員話 Beyond Burger 這天沒有供應,咁惟有先試友人睇中咗嘅呢款軟殼蟹牛油果牛肉漢堡 ($108)。個漢堡包非常大件頭,材料一目瞭然。先拿起竹籤,再揭開包面,入面夾有半個牛油果、大大隻軟殼蟹同一塊接近 3cm 厚的漢堡扒,餡料一層疊一層,勁足料,未食已經令人流曬口水。牛油果已經去掉皮和核,入口熟透軟綿。軟殼蟹即叫即炸,咬下仍熱辣辣,非常鬆化。漢堡扒用煙薰牛肉嚟做,入口鬆軟多汁,加埋半溶芝士、生菜等配料,層次豐富。

見餐牌有咁多款墨西哥小食,反正食唔到 Beyond Burger,就點客軟皮墨西哥芝士夾餅 ($88/2pcs) 試試。夾餅材料共有 6 款可供選擇,包括手撕雞、香草菇菌、燒烤手撕豚肉、脆魚柳、煎牛柳條同軟殼蟹。揀咗香草菇菌脆魚柳兩款,餅皮略為輕煎過,食落幾香口;菇菌菌香十足、魚柳香脆嫩滑,再加埋牛油果醬、番茄 Salsa 等醬汁,既清新又健康!

甜品選擇不多,只有 3 款,被這款香煎焦糖蘋果夾餅 ($58) 吸引,成品嘅賣相跟餐牌中相片有點不同,幸好味道亦不賴。饀餅即叫即做,上桌時仍熱辣辣,外皮非常薄身,食落又脆又香,入面夾滿甜美嘅焦糖蘋果,面頭淋上朱古力醬,中間再伴以忌廉,食完簡直甜到入心。不過個饀餅份量都幾大,建議最好兩人 Share 嚟食。

飲品方面,友人點了蜜桃菠蘿梳打 ($33),梳打用上新鮮菠蘿及蜜桃打製,據說味道唔錯,鮮甜清新。至於我點的黑牛 ($40),其實即係朱古力雪糕可樂特飲,雪糕幼滑香甜,配上冰凍的可樂,飲完簡直涼透心!聽店員講,餐廳最近喺朗豪坊開咗新分店,下次去開旺角一定要過去捧下場。
