To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 講到香港的點心餐廳始祖,一定就系添好運了! 隨著點心專門店系香港越來越來普及,要成名就一定要有幾道特色菜!本來系旺角既分店原來搬左去奧海城二期! 雖然系遠左的,但環境就一定十萬個好過旺角店! 呢度多左份舒適感,唔會食到好辛苦! 但就一樣多人到爆! 等位方面人幾混亂,你一定要聽實同企系門口附近,唔系可能漏左你都唔知!等左一陣,終於有得入去!不過每張臺距離好近!冇計!一樣大把人爭住食!點餐紙得一張(有中英文版),你可以話好方便唔會亂,都可以話其實唔系好多野食!我們點左幾樣比較出名幾菜! 不過唔好食糯米雞,其實好細舊ja! -咸水角我覺得味道一般,同出面既咸水角冇咩分別!·鮮蝦腐皮卷正啊!個皮好脆,的蝦幾大舊,整體味道好足,有層次好香口!-鮮蝦餃呢個真系唔掂!勁細舊!個皮又厚又粉,咬落去勁乾,完全系唔合格既蝦餃!酥皮叉燒包不愧系鎮店之寶!所有食物中最好食只得呢個!出面個層菠蘿包皮,加上入面熱辣辣既叉燒餡,個種外脆內軟既感覺,真系好好味道啊!令我改變一般對叉燒包既看法(本來麻麻地叉燒包)!!最後就系豬潤腸粉因為本人好中意食豬潤,所以點都會話呢個好食!哈哈但要講有咩不足就系的料太少了,得幾舊勁勁

因為本人好中意食豬潤,所以點都會話呢個好食!哈哈

但要講有咩不足就系的料太少了,得幾舊勁勁勁細粒既豬潤,個皮又厚,同埋唔真系咁黃沙lo!太子某某腸粉專門店比呢度出色多了!

整體來講,所謂天外有天,添好運食物既質素真系比以前差左,講真其他新興既點心專門店無論各方面都同添好運有得fight甚至超越埋佢!不過,未食過既朋友可以一試!中意香港點心既就更加要試下,話sai 都系始祖wo!
另外,唔知系咪香港點心揚名海外既關係,有一定數量既外國人同遊客去食架!
