To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

連放五日假後，心情都未平復，大老闆又未返黎，於是又好任性咁去銅鑼灣食Lunch. 金百利廣場成層都係食店，午飯時間去呢度食，大家就要比少少耐性等下lift. 不過都唔係等左好耐， 3轉lift 就上到去。喺樓下已選定築地日本料理，因為而家無得去築地，咪去返呢度當自我陶醉囉。是日午餐三文魚親子丼劍魚腩刺身三文魚親子丼，三文魚籽大大粒，色澤鮮明，一放入口，魚籽卜卜脆，魚油喺口裡面徘徊，非常搶口，三文魚腩厚切，亦係啖啖魚香鮮味，魚腩肥美，好食。劍魚腩刺身，劍魚係我食刺身三大最愛，因為愛佢夠鮮夠甜，劍魚亦係厚切，刺身非常新鮮。提一提大家，呢度有位店員應該有語言障礙，但非常有禮貌，服務態度一流，值得嘉許。

劍魚腩刺身

三文魚親子丼，三文魚籽大大粒，色澤鮮明，一放入口，魚籽卜卜脆，魚油喺口裡面徘徊，非常搶口，三文魚腩厚切，亦係啖啖魚香鮮味，魚腩肥美，好食。

劍魚腩刺身，劍魚係我食刺身三大最愛，因為愛佢夠鮮夠甜，劍魚亦係厚切，刺身非常新鮮。

提一提大家，呢度有位店員應該有語言障礙，但非常有禮貌，服務態度一流，值得嘉許。
