To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 想懷念香港的那些年,銅鑼灣名店街後巷的喜喜冰室令人帶來滿足。這些年的滿足不是從食物而來,是從冰室的氣氛和態度而來,貫徹始終的香港冰室風格。由於太早幫襯,簡單選了一份早餐,太陽蛋加西多士。水汪汪的太陽蛋黃上加點鹽,然後一淡吃入口,這種地方,這種質感,這種味道,從細到大仍然不斷回味。沙嗲牛肉汁很香甜,不過牛肉給梳打粉攪得過鬆。在冰室一定要喝一杯冰飲。老實說,冰室已不再是便宜餐廳了。甚至是貴價吃低檔食物。這裡也不平,但裝修和佈置是誠意十足,侍應的態度也很殷勤,保持著那些年的港式冰室特色。CalvinCanEat
