呢幾年酸菜魚作為一道風靡全國的美食,已經係香港迅速崛起。令人驚喜嘅係我地唔洗再北上廣深都可以品嚐到正宗嘅酸菜魚了。太二酸菜魚終須係香港開分店喇!必點主打老壇子酸菜魚加埋配料紅薯粉,當餐點端上桌時,我都被酸菜魚的色澤和香氣所吸引。選用鱸魚精選部位,彈嫩鮮美,肉質緊實完全無骨刺,配搭酸菜同香辣的湯底,口感豐富而又有層次感。酸菜嘅酸度岩岩好,而湯底辣度就可以滿足愛辣嘅人,一定要配搭五常大米煮出來的米飯,香濃可口,軟糯且有光澤感。除了酸菜魚,仲叫左亂刀雙椒炒牛肉,裡面有川式泡椒同湘式辣椒兩種辣椒,嫩軟和牛粒同清爽辛嘅椒完美融合。另外,必點小食蛋酥軟糍粑,口感棉密,外層酥脆,蘸著黃豆粉同紅糖吃,QQ糯糯又香甜。總括來說,價格以香港黎講好合理,而且菜品份量足夠豐盛,座位亦都算非常寬敞,不錯之選!
