To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 樟茶鴨好大隻,都多肉食,而且聞到茶味,香味係有,不過皮唔脆,而肉質偏乾,連鴨髀都係。另外碟邊伴有6細塊貝殼形包仔,同一碟鹽。呢隻鴨就味道質感都較差。

擔擔麵一碗碗擺得好好,整得好滑溜,擺耐咗食都唔會太腍。上面加有肉碎同蔥花。個湯係酸辣湯,飲落喉嚨就覺辣,味道好惹味,可惜花生味不足,不過呢個麵算好食。

高力豆沙熱辣辣上枱,上面灑上好多糖粉,入面豆沙餡略嫌同外皮有少少分開,唔夠滑或多,食完感覺有d膩。

總括而言,食物質素有好有唔好,呢個餐份量就超多,野食多到食唔哂,不過食完口渴左成半日。上菜超快,一次過上好多道菜比你。服務就正常啦,餐廳樓底矮,裝修比想像中低檔次。原價加一後人均兩舊水,當然係抵食,正價每人要6百幾就完全唔值。
