終於要寫香港的美食文章喔,作為愛吃的小女生要吃不同之食物。香港茶餐廳常餐也是不二之選,皆因湯粉、火腿、炒蛋、牛油多士甚麼都有。現在推介的叉燒通粉,份量很足,炒旦非常好吃。叉燒通粉及炒蛋有一個吃法喔,把旦置於熱通粉之上,味道必然更好。朋友要了一個牛腩河粉,味道實在不錯,加錢有配灼菜,加上幾大塊軟綿腍滑的牛腩,無需花里胡哨的調味,靠鮮香本味便可取勝。非常好吃喔,建議要加喔。鵪鶉蛋燒賣,經典茶樓「鵪鶉蛋燒賣」,也有點喔,有久違了的感覺。後來更以西多士作甜點,一出來當之無愧是大人小朋友難以抗拒的誘惑,看着小塊牛油,在厚厚的金黃香脆多士上慢慢溶化,跟晶瑩的糖漿融為一體……單看,已是一種享受。整體棒~
