To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢個係上上星期自己去試先，到同我男人去食既一間越南粉~佢個湯底唔係味精，仲要幾好味~望住個menu其實好多野想試，但我又離唔開我好鍾意食既越南粉，結果我連續兩次去都係叫生牛肉河XD生牛肉河 $54通常一碗生牛肉河都唔會5字頭，但佢有個量之餘個味都好正! 呢個價係超值既~招牌香葉燒肉鮮茄蟹湯越南粉 $74如果話個牛肉粉抵，呢個CP仲高!佢個湯底會令你追住黎飲，個麵唔係一般既河或檬，係另一種粉，口感特別，成件事好開心! 湯底仲要有膏味，呢個真係值得試! 但個人唔抗拒個幾碌黑色物體，我咬左啖就..炸春卷唔記得幾錢啦，但其實我地朝爭扎過要蝦餅XD但呢個都好好食，好脆同足料~以後係香港想食越南粉既話呢間應該會係我既首選~
