每次經過都會見琴長長人龍,今日特登放工即刻衝黎排隊,等左大約半個鐘終於可以入座啦!鋪頭唔算好多大,多數都係二人同四人台,比較適合情侶或三五知己。一入到店內店員都好好服務,我地坐二人台無多餘既位放袋,店員見我地有背囊會主動幫我地掛響一邊。咁就唔會阻住食野,好貼心!由於老闆係澳洲人,店鋪既服務都會跟足西式既做法,所以店員都會過黎問我地要唔要sparkling water之類,如果唔需要就直接叫tap water就可以。我地第一次黎,當然都係叫人氣既食物,包括Wagyu beef boat noodles ($128)、Stir fried fat noodles with wagyu ($128)、Crisy fish skins ($22)、Fried eggs with chili jam ($68),同埋一個甜品 Pandanas coconut dumplings ($62)Wagyu beef boar noodles落單時店員會問要咖要辣,唔食得辣既我就叫左唔辣。一上台時都聞到好香,個湯底係超濃,夾起注麵都見列已經掛上濃濃既湯,唔錯!除左主角和牛,碗麵仲有牛丸同脆炸豬皮,和牛片

一上台時都聞到好香,個湯底係超濃,夾起注麵都見列已經掛上濃濃既湯,唔錯!
除左主角和牛,碗麵仲有牛丸同脆炸豬皮,和牛片好嫩滑,即使上到台都唔會過熟。
而牛丸都好爽身,豬皮浸湯同就咁食都一樣正!

Stir fried fat noodles with wagyu
炒粉既對比泰國既味道有點偏淡,可能是不想搶過和牛既味道。
而炒粉用既係厚切既和牛塊,牛味重又唔老,好味!

兩款小食:Crisy fish skins同Fried eggs with chili jam
其實即係炸魚皮同炸蛋;個炸魚皮佢片得好薄,所以特別脆身,加上小小調味,餐前小食不錯既選擇。
相對魚皮,我更推介個炸蛋,外面香脆內裡流心既炸蛋,配上甜甜地既chili jam,真係勁好味!!!

Pandanas coconut dumplings
驚喜位又點只一個,估唔到佢連甜品都咁好味!見到餐牌上有樣未食過既泰國甜品,一於試下!
呢款甜品外貌同湯圓一樣,只不過呢款係用斑蘭葉同糯米做皮,咬開就有椰絲同芝麻,有點似花生糯米糍。
外面既汁用左椰漿做,同泰國一樣個椰漿會有輕微咸味,令到個湯圓甜味更出。食完都想再encore!

總括黎講呢間米芝蓮推薦既餐廳都真係名符其實,不過唯一缺點係無得訂位,想試既就要乖乖排隊喇!
