Stopped by the food hawker bazaar in tsim sha tsui (尖沙咀海防道熟食中心) for a quite bite the other day. We tried the pork chop bun by Wah Heung Yuen (華香園). The pork chop was beautifully chargrilled and still glistening when served! Smelled absolutely delicious and the meat also happened to be quite lean, which was right up my alley. Most of it was sandwiched between a classic white sesame burger bun. The remaining 1/3 of the pork chop that was attached to bits of bones was placed on the plate next to the bun so you can be sure that you get the ENTIRE piece of pork chop😂
