本人勁中意食韓國菜,之前同同事食過一次lunch,覺得唔錯,於是今次帶埋朋友嚟食晚市。🤤🤤🤤我哋叫左鐵板小章魚五花肉、豬手、醬油蟹、生牛肉、蛋卷。一入嚟店員就會上小菜,泡菜偏酸,其他嘅豆芽菜幾好食,個鵪鶉蛋食落似鐵蛋,就唔太啱我哋口味啦😅第一道上嘅係生牛肉,我同另一位友人都中意冒險食生嘢,所以叫左嚟試。將蛋黃篤穿,蛋汁混和牛肉同梨,一啖食落口感似平時食嘅吞拿魚刺身,冇乜令人好怕嘅牛腥味同血味,反而芝麻油味同梨嘅甜令碟生牛肉好加分,唔錯👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻然後係醬油蟹,我係香港都搵唔到好食嘅醬油蟹,上次仲係間香港幾出名嘅韓國餐廳食到未退冰嘅醬油蟹….今次都抱持一試嘅心態再食醬油蟹,今次隻醬油蟹好好食,係我多年前係韓國食到嘅味道,非常多膏,個醬油係偏甜,蟹肉都鮮甜,撈飯一流!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻個豬手整得幾好,肥瘦相宜,脂肪嘅部分唔會令人覺得好油膩,反而有啲彈牙,烤過嘅香味都幾明顯,瘦肉都唔會柴,用生菜蒜頭包住食好正!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻係個蝦醬太鹹我唔識欣賞😂😂😂雞蛋卷我覺得一般啦,一開始我哋以為係厚厚嘅雞蛋卷,但原來係蛋皮包住生菜等配料,口感係豐富,但個人中意厚實嘅蛋卷多啲。然後係朋友中意嘅鐵板烤小章魚五花肉

然後係朋友中意嘅鐵板烤小章魚五花肉,一開始店員上枱果陣幫手落左蔬菜,然後就走左。我哋都諗緊係咪要自己炒,但都見店員較忙,咁就唯有自己動手啦!味道就係韓國辣醬味,五花肉太肥,食唔到其他食材嘅味,所以我就唔太推薦啦😂

上次午膳食嘅大醬湯、泡菜湯同鮑魚人參雞湯真心唔錯,今次餐飯都可以,中意韓國菜嘅你依家未去到韓國,就嚟呢度試下啦!
