香港食肆最近執左好多, 眼見好味既餐廳越黎越小, 為左支持下佢地, 假日都唔北上, 留返香港同朋友聚舊打邊爐.因為呢帶好濕, 所以湯底要左個胡椒豬骨煲, 飲左幾啖湯, 胡椒味濃帶微微胡椒既辣, 好開胃, 啱晒潮濕天氣, 驅下濕, 連個胃都舒服左.另外湯底既豬骨好足料, 豬骨每舊都好大, 可以食埋豬骨入面既精髓.黑牛柏葉, 唔係好多地方有, 份量足, 入口新鮮爽口.手打墨魚滑, 打得好膠身, 食落特別彈牙, 好鮮墨魚味.雙拼雲吞韭菜餃, 好大隻, 餡料豐富, 食到新鮮既韭菜香味.仲有白魚蛋同蟹柳, 都係份量足, 蟹柳吸收晒胡椒豬骨既味道, 更加好味.
