香港好少有正宗葡國餐廳,西環分店要排到9月,比我發現到中環岩岩開咗分店,未算好多人知,即刻走去食咗先!Piri piri shrimp醬汁很出色,有大量蒜頭🧄辣椒🌶️香料,嚐起來香辣過癮,也帶著酸甜豐富的滋味。附送多士,自家製作蝦多士,冇難度!Bacalhau No Forno其實係葡萄牙焗鱈魚,配橄欖油醬汁。簡單的醬汁/香料突顯到魚的鮮美,魚肉很嫩,配菜馬鈴薯都加不少分,鬆軟綿密的。Half piri piri chicken同頭盤一樣嘅葡國特色醬汁,今次配搭烤雞一樣咁惹味,烤雞juicy多汁,配菜有薯條同香料飯,薯條配上特製點醬,酸酸甜甜好開胃,白飯吸收左唔同嘅香料,令人欲罷不能。K-jada講起葡萄牙嘅甜品第一時間一定會諗起葡撻,但原來葡萄牙仲有另一款特色嘅傳統甜品K-jada,被稱為沒有酥皮的葡撻,有蘿蔔、香橙、牛奶三款口味,今次試咗牛奶味,外層有少少脆身,入面黏糯煙靭,味道不會過甜,配上一口濃烈嘅紅酒更富層次。除咗堂食,店內仲有售好多自家廠房製作的包裝食物,例如罐頭魚、橄欖油、葡撻等。如果個日懶惰不想煮飯,可以考慮入定貨,儲定糧。另外,我見好多人買酒,可以叫店長推薦一下,價錢相
