To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

香港食過最好味嘅越南菜

已經係熟客仔，超鍾意食佢哋嘅蟹檬，酸酸地好開胃，仲有勁多料：豬紅，蟹糕，豆卜，番茄etc...我次次都連湯飲，必食!!仲有米紙卷 ，勁鍾意個啡色醬，出面好小見。仲有個三色飯，有豬扒，豬肉絲， 同埋越南蒸蛋，佢哋d飯係用越南米，細細粒，好有特色。至於飲品通常我會飲越南滴滴咖啡，即係煉奶溝咖啡，好香濃，飲完醒晒。唔小得飲埋牛油果沙冰，so fresh!最後佢哋d甜品糕點都好好味，如果仲食到就必試，似小時候茶樓食嘅味道，真材實料
