為咗响應財爺提議嘅香港夜繽紛,今日同老婆講唔好煮,出去食。揸車去元朗,行過阜財街間明星皇宮(即以前明星海鮮酒家),見到佢有一個全港首創嘅菜式,一於入去試吓。呢個菜叫蒸氣糯米雞,喺湯煲上面有一個穿窿嘅圓碟,上面放咗糯米同埋雞喺度蒸,湯底用咗蘿蔔、蟲草花、雞同埋五指毛桃熬嘅,蒸雞嘅汁滲咗落去啲湯度,飲落好鮮甜。跟住叫咗半隻片皮鴨同埋上湯龍蝦伊麵,味道不過不失。原來呢度8:30後入座,仲有全單八折添,非常之抵。
