師傅講解時有解釋係由淡味嘅西冷開始食到濃味嘅牛舌,煮前無問我哋食幾多成,每塊肉都係大約7成熟上碟

呢間係用關西式嘅壽喜燒煮法,牛肉落鍋煎香之後加砂糖&醬汁調味,所以牛肉會更有焦香,突出牛肉嘅味道😍

強烈推薦要另加牛舌,真係好出色!! 應該係喺香港食過最出色嘅牛舌🤤 咬落好彈牙好有咬口,完全唔韌,牛味非常濃郁🤤 其次係牛肩,有入口即融嘅感覺,肉味真係好香濃,雖然撈蛋漿一齊食會入口更加滑身,但係塊肉出色到完全唔想俾蛋味遮蓋陣牛肉味😍 西冷肉質都係好嫩滑,只係相比之下肉味最淡

滑蛋牛肉飯 🍚

呢度最特別嘅點就係食完壽喜燒之後會用牛肉碎同雞蛋再煮多碗滑蛋牛肉飯😂 絕對無喺第二間壽喜燒餐廳試過🤣 日本蛋超濃郁嘅蛋香,加上壽喜燒甜甜哋嘅醬汁同和牛肉碎,配以粒粒分明又飽滿嘅日本米,可謂極致嘅享受!咁高級嘅滑蛋牛肉飯,我都係第一次食🤤

最後仲有一杯雪糕+ 熱檸水/熱咖啡 (飲品2選1)👍

除咗嘢食好食之外,服務亦都值得大讚,店員會留意住客人差唔多飲完杯茶就添茶,講解得好詳細,好有禮貌,師傅都會因應客人食用嘅速度嚟上菜👍

後記
💟 如果想電話預約嘅話,餐廳每個月頭開始接受預約,嗰個月full咗就唔會再聽電話🙈 另外亦都可以親身到餐廳訂位 (今次我哋要排隊book位),訂位時就要book埋食咩餐~
