基本上每枱都會叫一碟嘅招牌菜,係窗外會望到牛肉係會先係氣炸爐整完之後再放上爐燒,肉質唔算優質,唔係入口即融,甚至有啲位會有少少韌,不過燒得好有火候,另上嘅醬汁酸酸辣辣,辣度比鳳爪個汁無咁辣,差唔多吞落口先會感受到陣辣味,同牛肉好夾
今次呢碟叫7成熟有啲太熟,有啲邊位已經變咗全熟咁濟,下次會叫5成

終於飲到一碗比較似樣嘅冬蔭功😭 冬蔭功湯通常都係我去食泰國餐廳必叫嘅菜式之一,但係唔係間間都整得好飲,一係就等個酸字,一係就得辣味,有啲仲衰啲,得蕃茄味🙈 呢碗真係做到恰到好處,微辣得嚟帶少少酸味,非常開胃,魚露突顯埋湯入面嘅鮮味,真係好正😍 而且湯料超級多,起碼有4隻大蝦,蝦肉亦都無因為用咗嚟煲湯令到肉質變韌/霉,非常推薦👍

就咁睇以為呢碟飯好細碟,但係最後我哋6個人都食唔哂呢碟飯😂蝦醬配埋肉鬆、炒蛋真係非常夾,飯粒顆粒分明, 炒得好香,不過略嫌洋蔥太大條,如果切粒/細條少少就會更好😍

因為排隊等得太耐,見燒雞翼好吸引,叫咗人頭計各1隻燒雞翼😋 雞翼肉汁好豐富,燒到雞皮微焦,食落脆脆地,不過無乜調味,感覺就係食雞嘅原味
