香港有好多食到沾麵的店,我唔係食過好多間,但暫時食過最好嘅係周月同今日介紹嘅彩元朗嘅彩我都食過好幾次,仲記得第一次去係個舊同事帶我去,夜晚去,等左好耐之後自己都去過好幾次,多數都開門嗰陣去,貪佢少啲人。今日兩點去到,等左30分鐘先入得好大原因係因為依家要隔住坐,有啲位唔坐得元朗彩位於條巷度,幾隔涉架湯底有豚骨、黑蒜、同蝦湯我通常都叫豚骨,因為我嫌蝦湯太濃,而黑蒜就會搶左豚骨湯本身個原味麵就分小麥原味、黑胡椒、是日Special,今日特別麵係薄荷,我未試過,所以叫左我記憶佢地嘅特別麵有伯爵茶、紅椒、芝麻等等,食到咩呢就睇大家嗰日嘅口福喇等左半粒鐘終於坐低飲啖水先今日見到日本老闆喺度坐陣之前黎親都見唔到佢碗麵到喇,師傅會親自俾你,碗湯熱辣辣,攞嗰陣小心啲薄荷麵,其實我唔係好食到薄荷味但個麵照舊有水準,每條麵都有彈性,小麥味好出佢地個叉燒好滑好正、淡豚骨湯唔鹹、就咁飲都得,出面有啲沾麵湯會太鹹溏心蛋就例架啦我10分鐘食完,因為停唔到口,有啲人唔夠食嘅話可以加多半份麵,湯可以叫佢幫你再加咁樣先$78,比起出面其實算平,最緊要好食,呢點最重要
