To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日朝早出沙田有啲事要搞,辦完事之後已經非常之肚餓,嗱嗱聲去食返個早餐先搭車走。沙田火車站上邊呢間大快活,永遠都係好多人,今日係週末有更加唔例外,拎餐排左超耐隊。今日咗雞扒拼脆皮腸餐,再加多個麥皮。因為有麥皮,所以多士我就轉咗做蘿蔔糕。脆皮腸係唔錯嘅,今日個雞扒就比較細件少少,但煎得幾香口,個汁就唔係橙色一劈個隻,反而係好似滷水咁嘅比較稀啲嘅質感,係比較少D。蘿蔔糕OK,係食得出有臘味嘅味道,係又係超細件。因為只係食雞扒係冇可能會飽,所以就再加左個麥皮。麥皮本身呢佢地就無落糖嘅,但係我叫佢攞煉奶,加埋煉奶,係好香好滑,當然比屋企自己煮嘅好啦。而家可能食嘢比較貴,一個餐加一個麥皮要加$7.5,全部野加埋都要$41,其實都幾貴,所以都係偶然放假先食下啦,唔怪得佢都要整個每週特價餐啦。
