見到屋企附近有間專食蝦煲嘅餐廳,而且食評又好好,所以呢日放工就決定同小寶仔試下。餐廳職員介紹今日特別小食 - 香蔥滷水炸大腸,所以我哋就試一試。炸豬大腸好好食,首先係個皮炸得好脆,腸入面釀了少少蔥花可以減油膩,因為腸入邊嘅脂肪唔算太多,所以不算太油,入囗好似食薯片咁脆,記住要快啲食,因為凍左之後冇咁好食黑白墨魚卷,外表都已經分到邊個係白邊個係黑,先食白,好似食緊響鈴同蝦滑,幾彈牙,熱辣辣再食黑色,黑色係用墨魚汁嘅墨魚滑釀喺響鈴入邊,老實說,白色黑色在味道上嘅分別不大,但都好食。一口炸豆腐 - 呢個就覺得普普通通,同埋有少少咸,出面嘅淮鹽少啲會好好多。餐牌有好多蝦煲選擇,由於怕熱氣的關係,所以我們就點了奶油蝦。就咁睇賣相唔錯下,蝦排得都好工整而且隻隻都差唔多大小, 蝦下面嘅應該就係那些奶油了,我是旦夾一啲洋蔥黎食,奶油味好夠濃,蝦肉夠彈牙。食台灣野,當然要食新竹米粉啦,米粉好食,雖然只係清湯,但個面條好硬好爽口,層次分明!最後一道菜- 雪山火焰焗鮮魚,一開始店員就把酒倒落條魚度,火焰即刻湧出來,嗰一下都幾震撼。店員細心地提醒我哋唔好坐得咁近,因為啲鹽會彈出黎。其實同泰式燒魚差唔多,不過醬

黑白墨魚卷,外表都已經分到邊個係白邊個係黑,先食白,好似食緊響鈴同蝦滑,幾彈牙,熱辣辣

最後一道菜- 雪山火焰焗鮮魚,一開始店員就把酒倒落條魚度,火焰即刻湧出來,嗰一下都幾震撼。店員細心地提醒我哋唔好坐得咁近,因為啲鹽會彈出黎。
其實同泰式燒魚差唔多,不過醬汁調得幾fresh,魚肉一d都唔鞋。

今餐真係好豐富,而且質素都令人滿意,唔該之得平日晚上七點鐘,已經full house 啦!
