To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日難得揸車經過香車街，見到一間日本嘢既門口幾光鮮又坐爆晒，羊群心理下我都排左陣隊想試吓入到去個staff勁friendly, 佢介紹咗一啲signature dish俾我哋，啱晒我哋一班有選擇困難症嘅人第一味最overpowered 既就係呢味蟹膏帶子刺身，新鮮厚切勁甜， 蟹膏又冇腥味，仲要只係$65，絕對可encore 另外我叫多一碟my favourite ,就係原隻大赤貝，新鮮到😍😍😍另外不得不提呢一個大大塊鵝肝和牛粒石頭鍋飯，cp 值奇高仲有個和風燒烤菇，燒得好juicy , 又係必encore 之選😋😋😋😋
