終於係元朗食到好味既螺絲粉試一啖湯先,濃郁豬骨雞湯,就算食唔辣既朋友都一樣好味。螺絲粉講究配料,花生腐皮香脆,筍絲木耳爽口,真係無得輸雞翼肉質彈牙,唔會煮到淋哂,加埋d味粉,停唔到口鴨腳真係平時除左點心,都好少有得食,經過 鹵水之後,寧舍香口仲有跟餐飲品,手工東瓜茶,手工薏米水,大大支豆漿螺螄粉店先有得食嘅炸蛋,呢間係炸得大大隻,加上湯底,一個香字炸豬手,聽老闆講係佢地自己炸,都食得出,唔係交貨級數,賺裝修唔似一般粉面店咁hea,用心設計過既工業風
