To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 翠華餐廳作為香港著名的茶餐廳,平時食開普通茶餐廳的我,當然要嚐回真正的港式風味,比較一下同為茶餐廳的,究竟有什麼分別。將軍澳尚德的翠華十分寬闊,單單是坐得舒服,這一點已經優勝過一般茶餐廳。而餐牌上,翠華亦都有不同種類的選擇。今日過來,當然要嚐嚐一些特別菜式。⟣ 1. 神之叉燒飯話明神之叉燒飯,即管看看有幾神級。食一口,感受到嫩滑的滑蛋和多汁的半肥瘦叉燒完美地結合在一起。叉燒肉質鮮嫩,亦帶有小小焦香,重點是叉燒肥瘦均勻,放入口的肉汁自動溶化,又香又甜。之後再搭配滑蛋的柔滑口感,加上一口白飯,以滑蛋叉燒飯來說,確實是神級水準。⟣ 2. 鐵板薄西冷牛扒(黑椒汁)配野菜葱炒薯午市套餐餐牌之中,見到有鐵板牛扒,仲要價錢相當吸引。西冷牛扒經過鐵板的煎烤,既能保持了牛肉的嫩滑口感,搭配濃郁的黑椒汁後,份外惹味。翠華亦做足本份,可以選擇飯/意粉/薯菜,不過我覺得鐵板牛扒配薯菜實在一流,無得輸。⟣ 3. 濃情奶茶(含有瀘州老窖白酒成份 25ml):知道翠華有一個非一般奶茶特飲,有飲過茅台咖啡,但就未飲過白酒奶茶,所以一定要點這個含有瀘州老窖白酒成份的濃情奶茶。翠華的奶茶本身都夠濃郁香醇,帶有細膩的茶香和

知道翠華有一個非一般奶茶特飲,有飲過茅台咖啡,但就未飲過白酒奶茶,所以一定要點這個含有瀘州老窖白酒成份的濃情奶茶。翠華的奶茶本身都夠濃郁香醇,帶有細膩的茶香和濃厚的奶味。特別的是,濃情奶茶還添加了瀘州老窖白酒成份,更有高達25ml的份量,算是相當落重本了。未飲已經十分期待,嚐一口瀘州老窖白酒的醇香味首先嗆出,繼而再飲到奶茶的純香。我會覺得這個瀘州老窖白酒奶茶比起茅台咖啡更加易入口,更加好飲。
