今次我地全家轉移陣地去灣仔開餐,呢度D菜色碟碟都咁特別,選擇困難症又出現啦.哈哈都係o個句:上"菜"先.方魚唐生菜gei唐生菜炒完依然好爽脆,雖然油光閃閃,但一D都唔肥膩,反而有方魚響度鮮味提升生菜gei味道.蒜泥白切肉拼小黃瓜個gei  醬汁同肉分開上,咁樣可以保持白切肉gei原味,唔怕放太耐會索太多汁而過咸,小黃瓜好爽脆,上面少少芝麻令味道更香濃香草砂鍋飯D香料味道聞落去好濃,但入口又唔會太過分,飯粒粒粒分明又煮得剛剛好,好有口感,隔離gei黑水肉骨海南雞都係推薦,雞肉白滑嫩口,唔點醬都已經好夠咸香,D骨已經去曬,所以食起上黎好方便,香草飯好清,兩者好夾.好多人都會加蔥油,我自己就對蔥油無興趣,唔鐘意咁油膩,不過薑蓉就一定要落,咁樣先令味道更突出.馬來凍鮮魷係我的推薦.因為佢D魷魚唔單只大,而且好有鮮味,好好o趙,凍食為呢碟菜式加乘左唔少,唔夠味可以點甜辣醬~醉香豬仔腳我自己就唔太敢食,不過長輩s非常喜歡呢碟菜式,話豬仔腳啖啖肉,而且酒香飄飄,但入口唔會太烈,仲可以增加彈牙gei感覺.油浸筍売魚原來係炸魚,開頭我都擔心佢會太油膩,但出黎又唔會wor~~~炸魚外層非常酥脆,裡面魚肉好

馬來凍鮮魷係我的推薦.因為佢D魷魚唔單只大,而且好有鮮味,好好o趙,凍食為呢碟菜式加乘左唔少,唔夠味可以點甜辣醬~
