To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間 「馬拉公公👨🏻‍🦳」開正我地果範🌶主打馬來西亞檳城特色美食🇲🇾先來一個「辣死你嗎 配雞搥」😄😂有趣的名字其實係馬拉話 “Nasi Lemak “椰漿飯咁解！炸雞香脆，飯粒滲透淡淡椰香，配小魚乾、花生、青瓜、辣醬，是正宗的Nasi Lemak風味😍同我去馬來西亞旅遊吃的一模一樣！「白咖喱雞絲滲滲」即是叻沙混麵，咖喱湯底很濃厚，椰奶味較重，油麵和米粉沾滿湯汁，口感豐富。店主見到有小朋友特登給我微辣，其實仔仔係辣椒仔😝好食得辣！ 佢嘅食後感係：好好味！唔夠辣！🤣🤣飲品叫咗🧊青檸可樂 同 涷柚子蜜，酷熱天氣下，飲完解渴透心涼！💙💙💙經過可以試吓👍🏻
