To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

難得入屯門，一口氣去咗幾個地方搵食😆第一站係美食集中地嘅雅都商場Go Go Mall Food Court。雖然花多眼亂，不過見到馬拉公公有我鍾意食嘅檳城白咖喱者係喇沙就試吓呢間。雖然係快餐形式，但南乳雞翼黑醬干撈麵嘅賣相都唔錯，以黑豉油拌好嘅麵都放得靚靚仔仔。粗麵都幾彈牙，加入辣椒醋嘅話更有風味。南乳雞翼夠入味但唔會過鹹，外皮炸得香脆而肉依然嫩滑。檳城白咖喱海鮮摻摻配料有基本嘅魚蛋、魚片、豆卜同雞蛋，已去殼嘅蝦都幾爽口。油麵及米粉(摻摻)吸收曬香濃椰香味嘅湯底，好味道😋最後連啲湯都唔放過清曬🤤另外加配熱泡沫咖啡☕️同凍馬拉拉茶。咖啡已經預先加左奶同糖，唔會酸而且🈶️香香嘅炭燒味。奶茶口感香滑唔會過甜，以樽裝形式盛載，方便飲唔曬拎走😆Menu
