聽過新泰呢個名好一段日子,一直無去試下,最近馬鞍山開左新分店,見門面幾光鮮,一於試下。以前以為新泰只係食泰菜,原來全名係新泰東南亞餐廳,其他東南亞菜都有得食。椒鹽軟殼蟹一黎到已經香氣撲鼻,炸得金黃香脆,無多餘油脂,食落似避風塘風味。蠔仔炒蛋用鐵板上,熱辣辣出晒煙,一路食都保持到溫度。蠔仔又多又大粒,好鮮甜,無沙無異味,點d辣醬更惹味,揭開底部有芽菜墊底,都好好食。串燒沙嗲一客有六串,豬、牛、雞各兩串,唔會燒到乾晒,唔韌,保持到肉汁,沙嗲醬亦夠濃稠,香而不辣。燒春雞好香,火喉剛好唔會燒到變老雞,內裡ge香茅黃飯先係精粹,盡吸燒雞精華,食到一粒都唔放過。食左咁多好野,最後飲椰青水清一清,椰青水相當清潤,刮埋椰青肉一齊食,簡直雙重享受。
