To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

住得係馬鞍山既居民大多數人都會識得呢間老字號餐廳 "老爹"， "老爹"由多年前在新港城三樓開業至今，依家就搬到新港城地下，位置雖然無以前咁方便，但係一到食飯時間都一樣坐無虛席。新店雖然都開了一段時間但都好乾淨整潔。今日好彩唔洗排隊而且仲有窗口位坐。今次叫左豬扒法包配沙津同煙三文魚法包配薯條。兩個法包都外脆內軟，豬扒厚度適中，口感同味道都好好，而薯條上面餐廳加了一點味粉，令到薯條超好食，真係好想知係什麼味粉黎。
