To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

住喺馬鞍山嘅應該都會聽過老爹茶居，因為佢係好耐以前由新港城商場搬左過黎。今日放假冇出去，於是就約同朋友近近地，過黎食個晚飯傾下計佢主MENU就散叫，而是日精選MENU就係SET黎，當中會包括餐湯、餐包、同飲品，比較經濟實惠我同朋友分別叫左 扒紐西蘭西冷牛扒配芥茉紅酒汁配飯 + 雜菜湯 + 餐包 + 凍檸茶(SET $80)，同帶子煙三文魚忌廉汁燴墨魚汁意粉($80) + 凍檸茶(另加$8) 雜菜湯 + 餐包：最中意將餐包搽牛油入去，然後再點湯黎食帶子煙三文魚忌廉汁燴墨魚汁意粉：帶子有煎香，而佢煙三文魚份量都唔少，夠足料，墨魚汁掛晒落意粉到，食落香口扒紐西蘭西冷牛扒配芥茉紅酒汁配飯：一上菜見到塊扒都幾大塊，以呢個價錢食到咁大塊扒認真超值食落去無咩根，肉質嫩滑唔會好似有D鋪頭將價就貨，用次一級牛扒食落好多根，咬極都咬唔開咁。同埋佢隻芥茉紅酒汁調得唔錯，點扒黎食幾夾2個人食連埋加一埋單$184.8，近近地醫下肚之餘，食物質素都幾好
