To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本來已經睇定想食肥腸雞煲或者牛三盛火鍋,點知因為新年期間,暫停供應,殘念。鐵板乾炒叉燒意粉($56)熱檸蜜($0)夠鑊氣,但味偏淡咗少少。叉燒好瘦好乾,唔得。意粉夠彈牙。流心窩蛋。 芫茜滑牛煲仔飯($62)熱檸蜜($0)加潤腸(+$12)加腐乳油麥菜(+$15)大約需要廿分鐘,份量適中。飯焦是有的,但唔均勻,底部靠邊有三份一係燶嘅。飯粒都夠乾身。流心窩蛋就冇嘞,因為焗到變咗全熟蛋。芫茜滑牛味道唔錯,雖然芫茜味唔重,但牛肉餅幾滑。潤腸碎上,約五片(另加一片臘腸),味道正常。腐乳油麥菜比較細碟。
